Build it. Run it. Own the Boulevard.
A 3D casino tycoon in a city that never sleeps.
The city never sleeps
You arrive in a living city with a budget and an empty building. Traffic lights, buses, taxis, crowds, rival casinos, a hotel for sale. The rest is up to you.
Fill it floor by floor with slots, tables, bars, shows, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace with a Ferris wheel and a VIP helipad. Hire the staff, set the prices, run the ads, keep the place safe. And decide how far you'll go: honest tables or rigged ones, guards or bodyguards, fair play or dirty tricks.

Twenty staff roles with uniforms, shifts that never leave a post uncovered, and fatigue. Prices, show schedules, advertising, security, cleaning, electricity, loans. Every guest has needs, moods and something to say about you.
Rival casinos with their own personality grow, poach your guests and send their henchmen. Sabotage them back, drive them broke, buy their building.
